CHINA  NATIONAL  FOR CENTRE QUALITY SUPERVISION AND TEST OF INSULATORS  AND  SURGE  ARRESTERS

 

INTRODUCTION

 

China National Centre for Quality Supervision and Test of Insulators and Surge Arresters (CNIATC), set up on 1st of Sept. 1985, is one of fist Chinese National Centres authorized by China State Bureau of Quality technical Supervision and metrological accreditated. She has also been accerditated China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories (CNAL) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:1999. CNIATC is authorized by State Authority as a national legal profitless supervision body with impartiality of third party, responsible for providing to public fair testing data and results. She can accept from any body all  kinds of tests for insulators and surge arresters, carry out inspection on export-import goods, arbitration tests for products quality and state supervision sampling test and nation-wide evaluation test for products quality, as well as evaluation for scientific-technical achievements. Having skillful technical staff and advanced accommodation in field of test and inspection for insulators and surge arresters, CNIATC can perform all tests in accordance with Chinese national standards, IEC standards as well as specifications and norms of countries all over the world.

Since foundation, a great deal of type tests, inspections on export-import goods, quality arbitration tests and evaluation tests for technological achievements have been carried with clientage from domestic manufacturers, sales companies and users, as well as on test samples from US, Japan, France, Italy and former Soviet Union. Moreover a dozen state supervision sampling tests and nation-wide evaluation tests have been carried out by CNIATC. Thus, CNIATC is well received both at home and abroad.
